Powershell is a more useful command line alternative for windows platforms.

In Windows 7: search for "PowerShell" in the start menu.

Example use:

> cd z:\Darwinbots3\Scripts\PowerShell

> .\UpgradeDotNet.ps1 z:\Darwinbots3\Modules\
